London, England and Hong Kong, China (August 13, 2008): Mobility Services International (MSI), a leading provider of global workforce mobility solutions, announced today that they have expanded their global leadership teams, welcoming Ms. Elaine Phipps and Ms. Sharon Leong to their organization.
Ms. Elaine Phipps joins MSI’s EMEA Headquarters’ office in London as Regional Director of Client Services, EMEA. Elaine brings over twenty-five years of international human resources and leadership experience to MSI. In her new role, Ms. Phipps will lead the EMEA operations team, serve as the operational liaise for EMEA based MSI clients and cultivate new business development opportunities within the region. Most recently, Ms. Phipps served as International Human Resources Manager for EC Harris, LLC where her responsibilities included leading the assignment management program with a specific focus on compensation models and tax and social security implications of various jurisdictions worldwide. Prior to her role at EC Harris, Ms. Phipps served as Director, Assignment Management for EMEA for Ernst and Young.

In a parallel role to Ms. Phipps, MSI welcomes Sharon Leong to the Company’s Asia Pacific regional headquarters in Hong Kong. Serving as Regional Director of Client Services for Asia Pacific, Ms. Leong will lead MSI’s operations team in Hong Kong while also focusing on client relations and the development of new business opportunities.
Ms. Leong brings more than fifteen years of global mobility related experience to MSI, previously serving as Managing Director with VISION Relocation in Hong Kong, where she oversaw all business activities including operations, client relations and business development. Prior to VISION, Ms. Leong built ReloCenter Ltd., a global relocation company specializing in visa and immigration, move management and home search, which was acquired by VISION. She also served as Global Assignment Operations Manager, Asia Pacific for SIRVA Relocation Limited.
