As Vice President, Strategic Sourcing, Tom supports MSI’s continued growth by identifying, growing, and managing MSI’s critical supplier partner resources, including real estate brokers, household goods agents, appraisers, inspectors, and more.
Tom has more than 20 years of progressive relocation and real estate experience in client services, operations, supplier management, human resources, training, sales, and branch management. Prior to joining MSI, he spent five years with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, where he served as a Client Services Director, as Senior Vice President, Relocation/Corporate Services, and, most recently, as Senior Vice President/Sales Manager for the Coldwell Banker branch office in Jamaica Plain, MA. Previously, at Relocation Resources International (RRI), Tom served as Director of Operations, director of the company’s Accredited (real estate) Firm Network and Account Manager.
Tom is an active member of Worldwide Employee Relocation Council® (ERC), from which he received his Certified Relocation Professional® (CRP) designation and a Meritorious Service Award.
Tom holds active real estate salesperson and broker licenses. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Bridgeport; an Master of Science in Counseling from Southern Connecticut State University; and a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Curry College.
