At the core of MSI’s culture and spirit lies our commitment to social responsibility. From energy conservation through the employment of new technology and processes to our team members volunteer work in the community, we reinforce social responsibility throughout our entire organization.
Process and technology serve as the foundation of our operational efficiency and service delivery to our clients. Our aggressive five-year technology strategy is focused around improving efficiencies, minimizing waste, and reducing our overall carbon footprint.
Virtualized servers, environmentally friendly workstations and equipment, virtual collaboration technology and companywide recycling are just a few of the initiatives that represent MSI’s commitment to maintaining social responsibility.
MSI is also committed to community service and is committed to giving back. Through the MSI Project Give initiative, team members are provided the opportunity to initiate and execute citizenship programs supporting a vast array of causes and organizations.
This year through a myriad of internal and external programs, MSI supported the Kolfe Orphanage in Ethiopia, CARE, and Salvation Army. MSI team members also engage in annual MSI Volunteer Days, which this year supported Habitat for Humanity, Salvation Army and Blue Ocean Society.
