Regional Vice President Business Development

General Mission Statement

Under the general direction of the Vice President, Business Development, responsible for utilizing solid, professional sales techniques to develop new business prospects to drive sales and meet MSI sales quota within assigned regional territory.

Primary Components

  • Develops and executes formal sales plans to identify prospects that regularly utilize global mobility services.
  • Drives opportunities to promote professional sales techniques to penetrate relocation specific market.
  • Manages the sales cycle from initial meeting engagement, influencing "C" level decision-makers, to finalize formal contractual agreement. Participates in the RFP process and provides follow-up on proposals submitted for contractual agreement.
  • Provides weekly reporting of pipeline and forecast using the SalesForce automation/tracking tool.
  • Participates in weekly sales meetings and new service delivery programs as necessary.
  • Manages a defined annual sales quota for specific MSI region.

Secondary Components

  • Participates in local/industry functions.
  • Responds to management relative to status of potential sales/clients in a timely manner.
  • Operates within assigned budgetary constraints.

Educational Development or Equivalent

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent and a minimum of 5 years of sales experience. Relocation experience preferred.

Working Demands

  • Ability to travel extensively.
  • Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing at all levels internally and externally.
  • Ability to conduct presentations using multimedia.
