As Vice President, U.S. Operations, Barbara plans and directs the Company’s U.S. strategic and operational activities to maximize client satisfaction and MSI’s growth and profitability. She also leads MSI’s U.S. operations management team and Client Services Teams.
Barbara has more than 12 years of relocation and real estate experience. Before assuming her Vice President role at MSI, she served as a Director, Client Services, leading client service teams, overseeing day-to-day service delivery, providing customized management reports, and serving as a client operational contact.
Previously, as a Client Service Manager at Weichert Relocation Resources, Inc., Barbara supervised teams of relocation counselors, monitoring caseloads, conducting training, and managing team operations and service quality. She was also a professional real estate sales agent and has many years of office management experience, developing polices and procedures, and working closely with clients and employees.
Barbara holds an active New Jersey real estate license. She is a member of the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council® (ERC), from which she received her Certified Relocation Professional® (CRP) designation.
