Enabling them to:

Control Costs – Direct and Administrative

  • For a major global hotel chain we demonstrated how they could in 1 year save nearly $1m (25%) by moving from a direct re-imbursement program to a BVO for home sale.

Improve Predictability – Cost and Service Quality

  • For a major global telecom we administered the costs of their mobility program to an average of 3% under the agreed budget for the last 3 years and maintained a transferee satisfaction rate of 98%.

Reduce Corporate Risk – Legal, Tax and Immigration

  • Client had changed their company name and structure in Korea.  Unfortunately, they didn’t notify immigration when this occurred.  When we were awarded their business, we did a review of all open files and discovered the error.  Ordinarily this would have resulting in about a $1,500 fine.  No big deal right?  Actually it was per person, per-month, so about $50,000.  We worked with authorities in Korea to correct the error and waive the fines.

Maximize Employee Experience and Productivity

  • “I couldn’t have gotten through this move without her excellent work. She has been responsive, available and has worked to make sure that this move was smooth as possible.  She went above and beyond our expectations, waking me through their expense reporting system, following up on the status of payments, making sure we had our funds in time for close, and practically all other aspects of our relocation. It is a joy to work with people that enjoy what they do and are good at their job.” – Navistar employee
